Is your order not quite what you expected? Too bad, but of course you can return the items to us within 30 days without giving a reason. We like to make this easy for you, that's why we work with reliable partners such as PostNL and DHL.
From the Netherlands you can return without a printer, register your return in our portal and you will receive a barcode or QR code that you can have scanned at the parcel point when you return your package.
How does it work?
Register your return within 14 days of receipt via our return portal;
Add the packing slip to your return package;
You then have 14 days to return the package.
Return costs
- From the Netherlands you can return (printer-free) for €4.95
- From Belgium you can return for €4.95
- From Germany you can return for €6.95
- Returns from other countries are at the customer's expense
NB: There are some items that fall outside the normal return policy. These are listed under 'return policy exceptions'.
Returns Policy
- The item is undamaged, unused and unwashed
- The article is provided with the original, undamaged packaging if possible and complete product packaging
- The item is fixed during shipping to prevent transport damage
- The packing slip has been added to the package
The purchase price including any shipping costs charged by us will be refunded within 14 days after cancellation. The payment method chosen for the purchase will be used for this. There are no costs associated with this.
If you want you can use a standard return form print out, fill in and send (this is not mandatory).
Return Policy Exceptions
The following items are shipped on a pallet with freight transport and cannot be returned with regular parcel post. To return these items, transport can be requested via info@bath-living.com De Return costs are at the customer's expense.
- Stay daybeds and loungers
- Yua steel tables, chairs and benches
- Goba coffee tables
- Fera console tables
The following items cannot be returned, this is also explicitly stated in the product information:
- Package deals: packages with leftover bath textiles or leftover crockery
- Remnants: remnants of bathrobes or towels of which other sizes are no longer available
- 2nd choice items: items with minor damage or defective packaging
- Items from the Blomus GROW series whose vacuum packaging has been opened
