Vandyck has an extensive range of bath textiles, consisting of three series of luxury towels: Verona, Home, and Ranger. The Verona towels are made from a blend of Aegean Turkish and Pima cotton (550 grams/²). Both types of cotton have an extra-long fiber, resulting in a stronger and softer fabric than other types of cotton. Verona is available in 5 colors, both solid and striped.
The high-quality Home bath textiles The Vandyck series is made of 550 g/m² terry woven cotton in various sizes and with diverse designs. For every color, you can choose from a solid variant (uni), a striped variant (petit ligne), or a melange variant (mouliné). The designs are made so that you can combine them beautifully with one another. This allows you to create a chic and playful ensemble of luxury towels and washcloths. It Ranger bath textiles Vandyck is an extensive series of washcloths, guest towels, hand towels, and bath towels. The Vancouver line features wide stripes and the Ontario line features narrow stripes. In both striped variants, two harmonious colors are combined with white. This offers endless possibilities for combinations. Both the type of cotton and the sizing of these series are American (meaning extra-large towels) with a delightful hotel quality of 650 grams/m². In addition to the hotel towels, Ranger also includes hotel bath mats in the same solid colors.

These are hotel towels with the thickest quality in our range, namely 700 grams/m². The Riva towels are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton. Terry cloth
Above, we mention velour and terry, which in principle both fall under the category of terry cloth. Something is called terry cloth if the textile is woven in such a way that special loops are formed. These loops increase the absorbency compared to a standard towel. Terry cotton has such loops, but velour has undergone an extra treatment after it has been woven. Velour is essentially short-shorn terry cloth, meaning the loops are partially shaved off, making them feel as soft as velvet.
Wash towels
If you want to maintain the quality of a new towel as best as possible, it is important to wash it correctly. View all our tips for washing and drying towels. Although most bath towels can be washed in the washing machine at 60 degrees Celsius, this does not apply to all towels. Therefore, always consult the washing instructions for your products. Washing at a lower temperature can be a sustainable choice.
Although using fabric softener seems like a good idea, it is not always the best for the quality of your towels and bath sheets. The residue left behind by fabric softener can reduce the absorbency of your cotton products. As a result, your bath towels may become less pleasant to dry yourself with.
Towels in the dryer?
You can hang your towels to dry. But if you put them in the dryer, they stay soft, retain their volume, and you can use them again the next day. Make sure to always put your towels in the dryer on a low setting.
