Would you be so kind as to submit your complaint within 14 days of discovery via info@bath-living.com aan to forward to us? If necessary, we ask you for additional photos, the purchase invoice, and a description of the complaint. You will receive a confirmation and a response as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your complaint. Should it take more time, we will inform you accordingly.

Should you not be satisfied with this handling, you can also always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk where Bath&Living at is connected. Should the mediation attempt for any reason not lead to a satisfactory solution, you have the option to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).

As of 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the European Union platform.
