Upon receiving your order, we get to work for you immediately! Because almost everything is in stock, we can process and ship orders received on working days before 3:00 PM on the same day. Our packages are sent via PostNL, so you usually receive them the very next day.

If an item is out of stock, it is on order from the supplier. When the item arrives again (usually within 3 to 5 working days), your order will be processed as soon as possible.

Have you not received your order, but according to the tracking it has been delivered?&Tracking details? PostNL no longer uses 'not at home' slips, so please ask neighboring residents if they might have accepted the package for you. Is your package still missing? Report this within 14 days of the delivery date so that we can start an investigation with the carrier.

Is there something wrong with your received order/product? Please report this within 14 days of receipt, possibly with a supporting photo. We will do our utmost to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
