"Cuddling up under the covers" is something you'll say especially in winter. A cozy duvet keeps you warm when it's cold outside. But did you know your bedding can also provide more comfortable sleep in summer? A sweaty sleeper means a restless sleeper, because your body automatically keeps searching for a cooler spot. By making the right choices when making your bed, you can keep your sleeping space as cool and comfortable as possible.
Choose the right material
Choose a duvet made of natural materials because they are more breathable than synthetics. This prevents your body heat from being trapped under the duvet. This means less sweating, more restful sleep, and a better night's sleep.
Washable mulberry silk
For example the SUMMER SILK Vandyck is a good option. The cover (outer layer) is made entirely of finely woven cotton and is filled with washable mulberry silk. The filling is perfectly distributed through the stitched blocks, ensuring optimal insulation. Mulberry silk is grown in nurseries where the Bombyx Mori silkworm is fed mulberry leaves. This duvet is machine washable at 40°C.
Bamboo and tencel

Tencel is also known as the natural synthetic fiber and is made from the wood pulp of the eucalyptus tree. Eucalyptus has a cooling effect, which you can really feel in this summer duvet. Pure goose down
