Would you like to be kind enough to inform us of your complaint within 14 days of notification by email@example.com? If necessary, we ask for additional photographs, the purchase invoice and a description of the complaint. You will receive a confirmation and reply as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your complaint. Should it require more time, we will inform you.
If you do not appreciate this handling, you can also contact the department of mediation of the Webshop Foundation or the Stichting Webwinkel. Check where Bath & Living is affiliated. Should the mediation attempt for some reason not lead to a satisfactory solution, then there is the possibility of submitting your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to deposit the complaint through the European Union platform.
