Would you be so kind as to inform us about your complaint within 14 days after observation via firstname.lastname@example.org? If necessary, we ask you for additional photos, the purchase invoice and a description of the complaint. You will receive a confirmation and as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receiving your complaint. If it needs more time, we will inform you about this.
If you do not appreciate this handling, you can always contact the mediation department of the Webshop Keurmerk foundation or the WebwinkelKeur foundation to which Bath & Living is affiliated. If for any reason the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, then there is the possibility to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet under consideration elsewhere, you are free to deposit the complaint via the European Union platform.
